Thriving with Industry because as a polytechnic, we share a symbiotic and synergistic relationship with the industry. Our applied learning is anchored on industry relevance in our curriculum. At the same time, for industry to thrive, we need to produce a skilled, agile talent pool and dynamic workforce.

Shaping Communities because as an IHL, we exist within a larger ecosystem where our activities and learners have the power to impact communities. We are in a position to shape a better world by providing our learners with the right knowledge, in-demand skills and a growth mindset.

For a Shared and Sustainable Future because as the world gets increasingly complex, polarised and unsustainable, there is a greater need for us to be inclusive and build a shared future, where each one of us has a stake in establishing mutually beneficial outcomes. A sustainable future is one that meets the needs of today without compromising our future generations.

Our NP2030 framework serves as a guiding star with four areas of focus and an accompanying set of strategic imperatives, some of which are already well underway.
