Parents Gateway
NP has moved from the Parents Portal to the Parents Gateway mobile app on 7 October 2024.
The Parents Gateway app offers parents the convenience of accessing information on a handy app. From receiving school updates to performing administrative tasks such as giving consent for overseas trips, these features are available on this platform.
If you are accessing the app for the first time, please take note of the following:
1. Ensure that you are the registered parent/guardian of your child/ward with NP.
2. If you do not already have the PG app on your phone, you may download it at the Google PlayStore, Apple App Store or Huawei App Gallery.
3. Use your SingPass to log-in to the PG app.
4. Follow the instructions on the app to do a quick one-time onboarding.
If there are any changes to the registered parent/guardian or if you want to check if you are the registered parent, please refer to the information in this form.
