Your digital certificate is also available in Skills Passport within your MySkillsFuture account. It comes in the OpenCert format (similar to those attached in your email), a new common standard for digital certificates, which allows for secure verification.
With OpenCerts,
- You will no longer need to request for certified hardcopies of your certificates.
- You can email your digital certificate to potential employers together with your job application. This can be easily verified by employers directly through the OpenCerts website (opencerts.io).
To retrieve this digital certificate, sign in to the MySkillsFuture (MySF) portal or mobile app using your SingPass (for Singaporeans/PRs) or Portal ID* (for International Students)and access your Skills Passport. Existing MySkillsFuture app users will receive an app notification once your digital certificate is available on your Skills Passport.
*If you do not have a Portal ID, please refer to the guide ( 844KB) on how you can retrieve your digital certificate from the MySkillsFuture (MySF) portal.
